Whether you are in the market for a new bike or just want to try out some of the best bikes in the world, Cyclist Track Days offer a unique experience to test the latest top-end bikes from the leading brands on the market.
The second bike in our through some of the incredible bikes that you can test ride at this years Track Days is the Scott Foil RC.
Previously ridden by the DSM-Firmenich-PostNL pro team, and now mainly by Tom Pidcock’s Q36.5 outfit alongside the Scott Addict RC (more on that later – spoiler alert), the Foil is Scott’s all-out aero road bike, but it still keeps its weight under the 8kg mark – and lower depending on spec.
Cyclist‘s tech editor Sam Challis reviewed the Scott Foil RC Pro build (pictured) in 2023 and praised its aero design, blend of stiffness and comfort, and value compared to its competitors. The bike you’ll be testing at Cyclist Track Days will be the Foil RC 10, which is built with a Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset, Syncros Capital 1.0 Aero 60 wheels and 28mm Schwalbe Pro One Aero tyres. Scott says that all weighs in at 7.8kg and it retails for £6,499.
You can read Sam’s full review here.
The Scott Foil RC will be at the following Track Days events:
26th April 2025, Odd Down Cycle Track Bath,
17th May 2025, Lee Valley VeloPark London,
7th June 2025, The Brownlee Centre, Leeds
